Heather Kirshman
Heather has led teams of 2 to 500 across her work experience in 6 countries holding exceeding commercial digital and omnichannel responsibility across country, regional and global organizations. She has worked on and managed through 12 restructures making her a seasoned change agent and is a mentor for start-ups in Oregon. Heather is obsessed with the science of happiness and psychology in the workplace and how we can create more connected, fulfilled teams and understands the value of the right colored post-it note.
Outside of work she loves to hike the PNW forests, discover new restaurants and play bingo. She holds a Master of Science and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Katharine Reinhold
Katharine has decades of experience leading cross-functional teams, creating innovation and inspiring people to think creatively. She also has years of experience leading sessions with teams to leverage their diversity to create more inclusive environments. While her digital experience is extensive, she still relies exclusively on her moleskine notebook for tasks. She has a B.A. and a M.A. from Arizona State University.
She also loves riding her bike (even in the rain) and playing board games.
